Every now and then, I think of unsuscribing to all the clubs here... And then a photograph like this one makes me realize how much of a mistake it would be ! ;) Great work, the lights and shades are all well positioned and give an overall elevation to this photograph that contrasts with the lively street and contradict the "one way" sign perfectly. A true work of art! Here are two suggestions for improvement (I believe that's what DA is for so I hope you'll recieve this the right way...) :
- There is a "band noise" in the sky on top of the luminescence noise. You could get rid of both either with a good selection and Gaussian blur or, if you're willing to invest both money and time to learn, with an expert noise management software (I use "Neat Image")
- I'm not completely sure about this second one, but I feel a distortion both in vertical lines (the light on the right seems to bend upward right) and in the overall shape (barrel distortion in the center buildings). Maybe I'm wrong, because your photograph is very dense and it can fool the eye on perspective so it should be checked with a grid. But I feel you put a lot of effort in this work so I mention it because both can be easily fixed in photoshop (lens correction and perspective tools)

Conclusion: congratulations for this work, and keep up the good work! :D

Wonderful shot.
Love the tallness of your surroundings as well as the dimming light of the sky and the street light contrasts.
